- Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App

6. AI Technology and Recommendations
Our fashion recommendations are generated using artificial intelligence technology. Please note that:
- Recommendations are suggestions only, not professional advice
- AI analysis may not always be accurate or complete
- Personal style preferences may vary from AI suggestions
- We continuously improve our AI models based on user data
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the App, to understand our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information.
8. Data Storage and Liability
Magic Mirror uses a privacy-first architecture. Photos you submit for analysis are transmitted securely to our servers, processed in memory by Claude AI (Anthropic), and are never permanently stored on our servers. Analysis results (style insights, outfit history) are stored in our database to power your wardrobe history and recommendations. By using this App, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Photos are transmitted securely over HTTPS for AI analysis only
- Photos are not permanently stored on our servers — they are held in memory during processing only
- Anthropic does not store or use your photos to train their AI models
- Analysis results and outfit metadata are stored in your account on our servers
- You are responsible for maintaining access to your account credentials
- Magic Mirror is not liable for any loss of analysis data due to account deletion or service interruption
We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, JWT authentication, and secure token storage. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the App.
10. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Magic Mirror be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
